Pricing information

All DVD productions are quoted
individually for each client.

The overall cost will be the sum of the:

  • video content Production Cost (as described on the Production Stages & key Options pages) and the

  • cost of supplying Bulk Quantities of the DVD.

Quantities required typically fall into 3 usage types:

  1. Zero.  Sometimes the intended use is only within the client's showroom, perhaps to show product details not available indoors, or interviewed testimonials of customers alongside the client's product.

  2. 50 - 200.  A common use is to give a copy to all interested customers coming into the client's premises.  Thus it is playing no part in Lead Generation but is being used to help close a sale "turning quotations into orders"!

  3. 500+.  Here in addition to the use as (2) the DVD's are mailed out and become part of the lead generation process.  Typically press advertisements will include a line "please phone to receive our DVD showing . . ."

Video Content Production

as a guide most will be within the range £800 to £1,500.

All the times & quantities used on the Service Stages page have been given for an £800 service.

A lower cost is possible where a client already has extensive photographs etc which can be used.

The most common Service Options which increase the cost are the need for filming at more sites over more days and increased special effects content.

DVD Bulk Quantities

DVD are always supplied full-colour printed in the design agreed.

In quantities from 50 to 200 they cost £2 each, complete with a quality transparent plastic sleeve.

Higher quantities naturally result in lower unit cost, dropping to < £1 beyond 1,000.

Printed card sleeve are also available.  These typically cost about £1 each, but with a minimum print run quantity of 500.

Note however that as copyright of the final video content and all printing designs (as Photoshop files) are passed to the client, it may well be appropriate to work with your existing Printer.
