Stage 1 - Planning
Initial consultations at your premises to discuss and plan your
promotional video. This will identify the key selling messages you
wish to promote, determine the best visual & audio locations and
confirm the final scripted & interviewed voice-overs.
Stage 2 - On-site filming etc
- unlimited filming & re-takes
- unlimited still photographs for inclusion in the
video
- multiple locations if required (eg for
testimonials)
- interviewed voice-overs of yourself or any other
persons
Stage 3 - Editing & production at
Bramhall Photographic

using all the video & audio material, Bramhall Photographic will
produce the optimum professional promotional film for your
customers

normal format is a aprox 3 min initial running summary (key
selling messages) and 10 to 20 minutes of additional end-user
selected additional information

titles, explanatory text and other written information as
provided by you will be included in the format agreed

voice-over of agreed script recorded by a Bramhall Photographic
staff member

any (copyright-free) music of your choice added as background

Stage 4 - Review & approval by yourself

finished quality DVD sent to you for your comments and any
required editing alterations

finished quality DVD printing, cover sleeve & any insert page(s)
sent to you for your comments and any required alterations
Stage 5 - Delivery of finished
version
This complete service includes
animations & enhanced Menu structure to deliver a more visually
exiting and “high tech” finished video. There are three main areas
of enhancement:

Sophisticated DVD menus. Also introductory sections can be made
to auto-play with the user remote control operations disabled.

Animation of your Logo. Fast visually exiting text entry and
colour manipulations all draw the viewer in and create a
high-end very positive impression of your business

Other animations (max 25% run time) can be added to aid
explanations. If relevant aspects of your product or service are
not immediately obvious from direct filming and voice-overs then
animations can be extremely useful.
